Elaine Ong McCartney, trained by ImageWorks Asia in affiliation with the London Image Institute, is a qualified image guru associated with Karizma Resources Sdn Bhd and an associate member with Association of Image Consultant International.

Elaine joined Singapore Airlines in her early 20’s and was given the opportunity to travel the world and met many interesting people of diverse culture. It was with SIA where she was groomed and refined through months of intensive business and social etiquette trainings for international imaging.

With a thirst for a more challenging career, Elaine moved on to join a top 5 world class advertising agency in Singapore and later back in Malaysia where she was assigned to manage demanding accounts like IBM, Nestle, Mead Johnson and Coca-Cola; which further enable her to internalized what it takes to project a world class impression and the use of proper conduct in the corporate environment. Her last position held was as an Account Director.

With a degree in BSc. Hons in Banking and Finance (University of London), Elaine specializes in coaching corporate groups and individuals in enhancing their professional image, proper conduct of social etiquette and business protocol. Public Mutual, Permodalan Nasional Berhad, Malakoff Berhad, Rural Development Board, DDSB (M) Bhd are some of the organizations that have benefited from Elaine’s workshops.
